The asset rebalance function on DAPL facilitates the transfer of asset allocations within your integrated ecosystem.
Important notes:
- A prerequisite to conduct asset rebalances on your DAPL profile is the adding of wallets and exchanges.
- To ensure successful asset transfers, make sure that the account details on your DAPL account exactly match the details on the exchange.
- If the account names differ between your exchange accounts or sub-accounts and DAPL, the transfer cannot be processed.In order to conduct asset rebalances/transfers across exchanges or accounts, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your DAPL account
- Select the “portfolio” dropdown on the menu on the left hand side, and click on the "Asset Rebalance" tab:
3. Once “Asset Rebalance” has been selected the following will be displayed:
4. In order to conduct an asset transfer select the “Transfers” dropdown” and then click the “Add” button as shown below:
5. Once the “Add” button has been selected, the following pop-up will be received, which contains fields which need to be populated in order to create a transfer instruction:
6.Utilising the above displayed pop up, you can select your currency, method, exchange/wallet from the applicable dropdowns for the asset transfer you would like to conduct.
7. Once all fields have been populated with the applicable values and information, click “Add” in order to action the asset rebalance.
8. Once the transfer has been actioned the “Balances” page can be accessed in order to assess if the asset rebalance has been completed successfully.
Kindly note that asset rebalances/transfers need to fully process to reflect on the balances page, the refresh button can be utilised to obtain the up to date asset balances.
The Asset Rebalance page will also display the transfers/asset rebalance executions conducted across user sub-accounts.
In order to locate the sub-account transfer data follow the steps below:
- Locate the Asset rebalance tab
- Select the "Sub-account transfer" tab on the page as shown

4. The sub-account transfer data displayed can be rearranged by selecting the “Updated” label to switch between ascending and descending time-orders.
