Features and Functions: Fiat Withdrawal
The Fiat Withdrawal functionality on DAPL can be used to execute fiat currency withdrawals from wallets added onto your DAPL account.
Kindly note to complete the steps to add a beneficiary prior to conducting a fiat transfer.
The below steps will guide you through the process to conduct a Fiat Withdrawal via DAPL
- Sign in to your DAPL account.
- Select the “Portfolio” dropdown, then select the “Fiat Withdrawal” tab as shown below:

- Once the Fiat withdrawal tab has been selected in the menu, the below page will be displayed.
In order to execute a fiat withdrawal click “add” button as shown below:

- Once “Add” has been clicked, the following pop up will be received for population of necessary details to execute the withdrawal:

- The fields for completion as shown above will need to be populated.
Complete the Currency, Exchange, Amount & Method Fields as shown.
📝The “From exchange” field pertains to the exchange that the funds will be withdrawn from
📝After adding beneficiaries (per the Beneficiaries Guide) select the relevant beneficiary from the dropdown.
📝Fiat transfers will be conducted based on the added beneficiary details.
Important note - The beneficiary details are only visible if the applicable banking details are saved within your exchange account, which has been added to your DAPL profile.
📝VALR PAY ID's will also be visible in the dropdown if set up on your exchange account, as shown below:

- Once all applicable fields have been populated click the “add” button as shown below:

- Once "Add" has been clicked, the withdrawal instruction will be actioned, you can view it on the “Fiat Withdrawal” page.
The entry will show the selected exchange and the beneficiary bank account.
Please note that these withdrawal instructions will be removed from the homepage.
In order to view active or completed instructions, uncheck the disabled button as shown below:
