Getting Started : Treasury

Note: A prerequisite for utilisation of the DAPL treasury functionality is completion of recommended set up. 

In order to utilise the Treasury functionality on your DAPL account follow the steps below: 

  1. Sign in to your DAPL account.
  2. Select the menu on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Select the “Portfolio” dropdown and then click on the tab entitled “Treasury”


     
  4. Once selected, DAPL will display your treasury overview, with the top of the page displaying your “Total portfolio valuation”

  5. Below this, your treasury can be displayed according to the following tabs selected:
    -By Currency
     -All balances
     -Stagnant funds 
     -Historical balances

  6. When “By currency” is selected your available balances are shown in a pie chart, displaying your assets across all integrated exchanges and wallets.  

     

  7. The assets displayed can be sorted into categories.

    Click Edit Categories to create a new category and assign it to a digital asset. 



     
  8. After category creation, you can assign that category to any other asset in your list: 

  9. Once you have created the categories for your assets the category titles will appear on your Treasury page under "Category" 


  10. When viewing your treasury by currency, you can select the Category View toggle to filter your displayed assets based on the categories you've named:  

     
     
  11. When “All Balances” is selected all of your balances across your portfolio will be displayed.



     
  12. These balances displayed can then be filtered according to the currency type displayed via the “Alternate Display Currency” Dropdown on the page: 



     
  13. On the “All Balances” page you can select or deselect the Hide Zero Balances checkbox based on whether you want assets with a zero balance to appear or not.

  14. When “Stagnant funds” is selected, DAPL will display all of the stagnant funds across your portfolio:


  15. The stagnant funds in your portfolio can be filtered to include or exclude ‘managed accounts’ or ‘hidden balances’ as displayed above in the checkboxes on the page.
  16. When “Historical Balances” is selected, DAPL will display all of the historical balances logged across your portfolio.
  17. Once the historical balances dropdown on the page has been selected, you will be able to define the historical balances you would like to view. 
     
  18. You can filter your historical balances by; user, exchange, reporting currency, currency and time span.
